Mercer Group Fitness Fall 2025 Schedule
Employee Wellness is offering a mix of in-person evening and virtual noon workouts this semester. Join in-person at the UC Fitness Center for evening classes. - 5:30 p.m. – Bootcamp
- 6:30 p.m. – Step
Tuesday
- Noon – Upper Body with Brian (Zoom)
- 6pm – Barre
- 7 p.m. – Pilates
- 8 p.m. – Yoga
Wednesday
- Noon – Low Impact with Brian (Zoom)
- 5:30 p.m. – Pilates
- 6:30 p.m. – Spin
Thursday
- Noon – Lower Body with Brian (Zoom)
- 6 p.m. Yoga
- 7pm – Spin
- 8pm – Sculpt & Tone
