Mercer Group Fitness Fall  2025 Schedule

Employee Wellness is offering a mix of in-person evening and virtual noon workouts this semester. Join in-person at the UC Fitness Center for evening classes. Monday

  • Noon – Cardio Circuit with Brian (Zoom)
  • 5:30 p.m. – Bootcamp
  • 6:30 p.m. – Step

Tuesday

  • Noon – Upper Body with Brian (Zoom)
  • 6pm –    Barre
  • 7 p.m. – Pilates
  • 8 p.m. – Yoga

Wednesday

  • Noon – Low Impact with Brian (Zoom)
  • 5:30 p.m. – Pilates
  • 6:30 p.m. – Spin

Thursday

  • Noon – Lower Body with Brian (Zoom)
  • 6 p.m. Yoga
  • 7pm – Spin
  • 8pm – Sculpt & Tone
