The Fitness Center features a variety of options for working out and staying fit. Mercer students and benefits-eligible faculty and staff can access the Fitness Center and all of the resources it provides.

Fitness Center Resources

Aerobics Room (Schedule)

  • Connor maple hardwood floor with advance rebound
  • Mirrors and dance bar
  • Sound system
  • Fitness equipment – Body Bars, mats, resist-a-balls, medicine balls, steps, Reebok core boards, tubing, jump ropes

Elevated Running Track

  • 3-lane, 1/9 mile track with digital lap clock and mondo running floor.
  • 9 laps = 1 mile
  • Intramural Basketball Courts
  • 3 multi-purpose basketball/volleyball courts
  • Retractable goals
  • Screen dividers to separate courts

Weight & Exercise Room

  • Cardiovascular equipment includes Life Fitness elliptical Cross Trainers, stair climbers, stationary bikes and treadmills
  • Weight equipment by Hammer Strength and Life Fitness includes a full line of selectorized machines, isolateral equipment and free weights
