Mercer Group Fitness  Summer 2022 Schedule

Hybrid Group Fitness: Employee Wellness is offereing a mix of in-person and virtual noon workouts this semester. Join in-person at the UC Fitness Center on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays  for 45 minute fitness classes.  Mondays &  Wednesdays noon classes will remain virtual folloiwing a 30 minute format.

In-person classes will be limited to 10 people.
