Mercer Group Fitness Spring 2026 Schedule

Employee Wellness is offering a mix of in-person evening and virtual noon workouts this semester. Join in-person at the UC Fitness Center for evening classes. Monday

  • Noon – Cardio Circuit with Brian (Zoom)
  • 5:30 p.m. – Circuit Training
  • 6:30 p.m. – Flex & Balance
  • 7:30pm – Bollywood Dance

Tuesday

  • Noon – Upper Body with Brian (Zoom)
  • 6pm –    Pilates
  • 7 p.m. – Sculpt & Tone
  • 8 p.m. – Spin

Wednesday

  • Noon – Low Impact with Brian (Zoom)
  • 5:30 p.m. – Spin
  • 6:30 p.m. – Yoga
  • 7:30pm – Pilates

Thursday

  • Noon – Lower Body with Brian (Zoom)
  • 6 p.m. Barre
  • 7pm – Strength & Conditioning
