Employee Wellness is offering a mix of in-person evening and virtual noon workouts this semester. Join in-person at the UC Fitness Center for evening classes. Monday
- Noon – Cardio Circuit with Brian (Zoom)
- 5:30 p.m. – Step Aerobics
- 6:30 p.m. – Barre
- 7:30 p.m. – Flex and Balance
Tuesday
- Noon – Upper Body with Brian (Zoom)
- 6pm – Tabata
- 7 p.m. – Yoga
- 8 p.m. – Spin
Wednesday
- Noon – Low Impact with Brian (Zoom)
- 5:30 p.m. – Yoga
- 6:30 p.m. – Dance Cardio
- 7:30pm – Circuit Training
Thursday
- Noon – Lower Body with Brian (Zoom)
- 6 p.m. Spin
- 7pm – Pilates
- 8pm – Cross Fit
