Employee Wellness is offering a mix of in-person evening and virtual noon workouts this semester. Join in-person at the UC Fitness Center for evening classes. - 5:30 p.m. – Circuit Training
- 6:30 p.m. – Flex & Balance
- 7:30pm – Bollywood Dance
Tuesday
- Noon – Upper Body with Brian (Zoom)
- 6pm – Pilates
- 7 p.m. – Sculpt & Tone
- 8 p.m. – Spin
Wednesday
- Noon – Low Impact with Brian (Zoom)
- 5:30 p.m. – Spin
- 6:30 p.m. – Yoga
- 7:30pm – Pilates
Thursday
- Noon – Lower Body with Brian (Zoom)
- 6 p.m. Barre
- 7pm – Strength & Conditioning
